What You’ll Get To Do

• Get to lead and mentor a growing tax team
• Get to lead and deliver complex tax advisory projects from scoping to implementation
• Get to provide expert technical advice in areas such as reorganisations, property structuring, or shareholder exits
• Get to prepare & review personal tax work, working papers, and reports for accuracy
• Get to manage workloads and running weekly team updates
• Get to act as the main point of contact for the team & clients, building strong relationships
• Get to monitor budgets and drive efficiencies
• Get to stay ahead of evolving tax legislation
• Get to support business development and spot new opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• ACA / ACCA / CTA / ATT qualified with 3–5+ years’ post-qualified experience
• Commercially aware, organised, and able to prioritise competing demands
• A proactive communicator who thrives under pressure and meets deadlines
• Previous UK practice experience is essential
